Hello again, beautiful!

Back at the beach again! The Wheeler women always spend a week at the beach and Alesa and I were lucky enough to spend from Sunday-Friday with the waves and the sun. Drew also joined us for a few nights and that made it so much more fun!

At one point, there were 5 babies in the mini pool by the ocean...it was like watching those clown cars where more and more clowns just keep getting in. :-)

Alesa would NOT let go of this apple. She packed it around for about an hour. It would fall in the sand and she would come over to me "Help, Mom, help!" I'd wash it off and then she'd start munching again.

Even in the pool, she HAD to have that darn apple. She would set it down in the water to bob while she played with the toys and then she would see it again and yell "Apple!" Thus, the enjoyment of the sandy, salty apple would continue.

And, again....loving the beach chairs!

We LOVED spending the week at the beach with the whole family! We especially loved it since the power was out at our house because of a major wind storm creating the most unbearable Maryland heat INSIDE the house with no relief for 4 days. Poor Dru and Taci...way to go and stick it out the best you could while I was chillin' (literally) in a beach condo!!!
