This picture was taken about 3 1/2 minutes before we were caught in a mighty summer rain/hail storm. One of the capitol police officers was kind enough to warn us about it's coming so we could have a head start getting to Union Station and the metro. Even with the head start, we got VERY VERY VERY wet!
